Data Protection Declaration
We collect the following data from you in the survey: Name, Email, affiliation, institution, field of work, thematical sessions.
Legal basis for data protection is Art. 6 GDPR Lawfulness of processing, para. 1 lit. e: processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
Your data will only be used for the organization of the conference “ATHENA - Opportunities for international Cooperation”. Using the data, we would like to estimate the composition of the participants, we want to assign you smoothly to small breakout rooms for intensive discussions, and provide you with up-to-date information.
We do not pass the data on to third parties. The data will be deleted immediately after the conference.
